Victorian opposition leader John Pesutto says the battered state Liberal Party must overhaul its engagement with voters, rather than its ideological framework.At the heart of Mr Andrews’ election pitch was a plan to re-establish the SEC, which owned the state’s electricity generators, poles and wires until the assets were sold in the late 1990s. Mr Andrews promised to invest public money in renewables to bring bills down.
