LAST week's peace rally sponsored by the Iglesia Ni Cristo was an impressive display of numbers and logistical flair but a sad demonstration of substantive purpose, not altogether religiously bigoted and politically impartial as asserted by the articulate INC spokesperson, Bro. Edwin Zabala.
The annual Catholic 'Traslacion' commemorating the idolatrous transfer of the replica of the Black Nazarene from Intramuros to Quiapo church simply makes the same pitch for all religions' messages: that we will attain heaven in the afterlife if we are good and decent.
