Stop making allegation that BRP Sierra Madre is polluting the water, but blame it to your numerous Chinese Maritime Militia swarming the Philippines' EEZ,” Philippine Coast Guard spokesperson for the West Philippine Sea Jay Tarriela said Saturday.
