Contact tracers under the Department of the Interior and Local Government -Pateros conduct data gathering from close contacts of COVID-19 patients Ponce said the Metro Manila Council and the Department of Health had a meeting on Dec. 28, and according to experts, the Omicron variant is nearly five times more transmissible compared to the Delta variant.
