MANILA, Philippines – Pets are now allowed to ride in the Pasig River Ferry Service, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority said on Monday. In its guidelines, the MMDA said pets should be placed inside an enclosed carrier or cage when boarding the ferry.Any types of pet are allowed, the agency said, as long as they will not harm or pose a threat to other ferry passengers.
