The Pasay City prosecutor’s office is set to conduct preliminary investigation on charge of importation of illegal drugs against Juanito Jose D. Remulla III, son of Department of Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin C. Remulla.
Last Oct. 14, Juanito was charged with a non-bailable offense of possession of illegal drugs in a criminal charge sheet filed by the Las Pinas City OCP before the regional trial court . Justice Secretary Remulla has repeatedly assured that he will not meddle in the case of his eldest son.
