Pasay City police say SM MOA globe not stolen, undergoing repair

Pasay City police clarified reports and said SM Mall of Asia’s globe was not stolen but is only undergoing maintenance.

According to Col. Cesar Paday-os, Pasay City police chief, police assigned at Sub- Station 10 immediately conducted validation on the report circulating on social media that the iconic globe was stolen.

He also said Carl Malabanan, contractor of Aplify Experience Agency, reported that the globe is just undergoing maintenance for marketing strategy. SM Mall of Asia came out with a statement saying they are currently working with authorities in investigating the MOA globe incident.
