The Parañaque city government advised motorists to take alternative routes on April 17, from 6 a.m. onwards to avoid heavy traffic due to the relocation of illegal settlers and dismantling of their homes along E. Rodriguez Avenue in Barangay Moonwalk.

Mayor Eric Olivarez said a “stop and go traffic process” will be implemented along the stretch of E. Rodriguez Avenue to give way to vehicles going in and out of the area. The traffic scheme will be implemented and strictly enforced by the Traffic Parking Management Office .
