Olivarez said the institutional partnership with Ayala Malls is a game-changer initiative in bringing the local government’s programs and services closer to the citizens of Parañaque City. The mayor said the service center will provide full range of onsite services such as assessment and payment of real property taxes; issuance of community tax certificate; mayor’s permit to work, health certificate and police clearance; issuance or release of authenticated birth certificate, marriage certificate, death certificate, and certificate of no marriage by the Local Civil Registrar’s Office.
