LINGAYEN, Pangasinan — Newly crowned Miss Multinational Philippines 2024 Nikki Buenafe was feted with a red-carpet welcome when she returned to Pangasinan on Monday for a grand homecoming celebration.
Buenafe, 25, a resident of the coastal village of Buenlag in Binmaley town, was Limgas na Pangasinan World in 2023.She was crowned Miss Multinational Philippines 2024 during the grand coronation night for Miss World Philippines July 19 at the Mall of Asia Arena.She will represent the country in the Miss Multinational international beauty pageant to be held in India in December.
'It sets the bar high for those future queens of Limgas na Pangasinan. And I hope that they will follow your footsteps as well as your passion,' she said.'I really admire that, your passion, your dedication, as well as your advocacy. So thank you so much for loving Pangasinan. We are very proud of you.'In her speech during the grand homecoming program, the first lady of Pangasinan said that Buenafe epitomizes what a Pangasinan woman should be.
