Malacañang has issued proclamations declaring holidays in various parts of the country to allow residents to participate in local festivals and commemorations.
The holidays were declared in proclamations signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin by authority of President Marcos on Oct. 18.
The Palace declared Nov. 4 a special non-working day in San Carlos City in Negros Occidental for a local festival and Nov. 10 in Tanay, Rizal to celebrate its foundation day and the 13th Hane Festival.
