Citing their climatological data for this month, the state weather service said that “zero to one tropical cyclone could enter or form the Philippine Area of Responsibility .”Pagasa weather specialist Daniel James Villamil said that the possible tropical cyclone this March may hit Eastern Visayas or the Caraga Region. But, he also said, they are not seeing any tropical cyclone forming or entering the PAR in the coming days based on their latest data.
Meanwhile, Villamil said the northeast monsoon, locally known as “amihan,” and shear line may continue to bring overcast skies with rain over parts of Luzon and Visayas.
