“Of course kapag lumalapit ang sentro, mas lalong magiging matindi ang epekto nito, hindi lamang sa weather ng Metro Manila kundi maging sa ilang bahagi ng Central Luzon at nakakaraming bahagi ng Southern Luzon at ilang bahagi ng Visayas area,” he added.Tropical storm Ambo is forecast to intensify into a tropical storm within 24 hours.

Within 24 hours, the trough or extension of tropical depression Ambo will bring light to moderate to at times heavy rains showers to Mindanao. The eye of “Ambo” is forecast to be 280 kilometers east of Borongan City, Eastern Samar on Wednesday morning; 145 kilometers east of Juban, Sorsogon on Thursday morning; 25 kilometers west northwest of Alabat, Quezon on Friday morning; 145 kilometers west northwest of Laoag City, Ilocos Norte on Saturday; and 185 kilometers north northwest of Basco, Batanes on Sunday morning.
