Pagasa: Cloudy Sunday in most parts of Luzon; fair weather in Vis-Min

Cloudy skies and possible rain showers due to the shear line and northeast monsoon or “amihan” are expected in parts of Luzon on Sunday, according to the Pagasa. | zacariansINQ
