Once inside the PAR, the potential cyclone Nando will be joining tropical depression “Maring” that entered the PAR on Thursday, Oct. 7. PAGASA said this weather disturbance is unlikely to directly affect the country’s weather conditions in the next 36 hours. Weather specialist Raymond Ordinario said PAGASA is monitoring a possible interaction between the two cyclones.
