He said that it has been widely used as herbal medicine to treat conditions of “gout, rheumatism, malaria, and poor memory.” Meanwhile, the DOH was designated as the principal regulatory agency that shall establish Medical Cannabis Compassionate Centers in public tertiary hospitals.
