MANILA - Sen.
Manny Pacquiao on Tuesday asked the public to show more "love" and "care" for the Philippine National Police so its personnel may do their jobs better, and advised them not to judge the police force following the misdeed of Police Staff Sgt. Jonel Nuezca.
Pacquiao gave the statement after netizens, celebrities, other lawmakers and no less than President Rodrigo Duterte denounced how Nuezca brutally shot to death his unarmed neighbors after a quarrel over the latter’s alleged use of an improvised cannon.
