He said these were distributed in the Bicol Region, Western Visayas, Eastern Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, the Davao Region, and Caraga. Lopez said 159,487 families or 638,897 individuals had been affected by the flooding caused by the shear line in the Bicol Region, Visayas, and Mindanao.
Meanwhile, he said the agency has around P1.2 billion worth of standby funds for the affected individuals.
