BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya – Authorities arrested a suspected drug pusher and seized shabu valued at P476,000 in a buy-bust operation here on September 12.
The suspect, Rosalee Al-Qubaisi, 33, a massage therapist and a resident of Barangay Awallan, Baggao, Cagayan, was apprehended by combined police and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency operatives after selling shabu to a poseur-buyer.
Al-Qubaisi yielded two small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing more or less 10 grams and a self-sealing sachet with suspected shabu weighing 60 grams worth P476,000. Suspect faces charges for violating Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
