Offenders were eventually released after the documentation, except for two individuals with standing warrants of arrest, the statement read.Fines of ₱1,000, ₱2,000 and ₱3,000 for the first, second, and third offense, respectively, await violators of the city ordinance. I have not read anywhere that arresting people and gathering them in one place are an effective COVID-19 prevention strategy.
