It seems likely the Redblacks will add to their receiver position. But American returnees Justin Hardy, Siaosi Mariner and Quan Bray , will be strong contenders for starting roles. The CFL introduced the “tampering period” in 2020 so players could “legally” explore their options ahead of time. There are times when a player gets away. Because a player agrees to terms doesn’t mean the deal is binding.
