As the Ottawa Redblacks head into the Feb. 14 start of CFL free agency, they\u0027re hoping to plug some holes in their lineup. But don\u0027t look for many huge splashes come Tuesday.

It seems likely the Redblacks will add to their receiver position. But American returnees Justin Hardy, Siaosi Mariner and Quan Bray , will be strong contenders for starting roles.
