The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) will hold an online seminar Wednesday on how to prepare for life under “new normal” conditions.
Dubbed “Capacitating Oneself for the New Normal”, the webinar will be streamed online from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday via UPOU networks.
“How can I be ready for the new normal?” There is no shortage of tips on how we can protect ourselves physically and physiologically against COVID-19, especially with the easing of restrictions.
