For the cross country meet, the Catholic board would have required 20 to 30 buses a day to take students to“Everybody is bidding for buses and there is just not enough bus drivers to meet the needs and demands of the events going on,” he said. “I know there is a bus driver shortage. The Thames Valley District school board said it has not experienced any bus shortages with events this week, although earlier this year a warning went out about the potential for bus shortages.Article content
