One COVID outbreak at St. Joseph's Hospital is declared over

The Thunder Bay District Health Unit had declared an outbreak on 5 North, Geriatric Assessment and Rehabilitative Care, on Sept. 26.At Southbridge Pinewood long-term care, an outbreak that was initially declared on Sept. 23 continues in the Kingfisher and Hummingbird areas of the facility.

Southbridge Care Homes reports that 30 residents and two staff members tested positive for the virus. All were fully vaccinated.
