“Olivarez directed city police chief PCol. Robin King Sarmiento to file charges against negligent parents who let their children go out in public without face masks and during curfew hours,” read the statement from Parañaque Public Information Office on Thursday.Curfew hours in Parañaque City during general community quarantine is from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m.
Olivarez also directed law enforcers to implement stricter enforcement of general community quarantine in the city.
