Super Radyo dzBB video showed an ambulance on the scene, which responders said was carrying two injured motorcycle riders."Eto dalawa, 'yung Army at nagmo-motor. Sumemplang. 'Yung isa po tumama 'yung ulo," a responder in Navy uniform said. Their injuries included a concussion to the forehead and a laceration to the eyebrow area.Police assisted in directing traffic and attending to injured victims.
