The positivity rate refers to the percentage of people who were found positive for COVID-19 among the total number of individuals tested. NCR weekly positivity rate decreased to 15.3% as of Aug 17, from 17.2% as of August 10. The one week growth rate was -8% while the reproduction number as of Aug 14 was 1.01. Healthcare utilization went up from 36% to 40% while ICU occupancy went up from 33% to 36%.
