All areas in Metro Manila are now at “moderate-risk” classification for coronavirus disease , the OCTA Research group said Thursday, Oct. 14.

This was after the region’s seven-day average in new cases dropped to 1,847 cases, which was 30 percent lower than the previous week’s average, it noted. Based on the report, all the 16 cities and one municipality in the NCR had negative growth rates in new cases.
