between suspected communist rebels and joint units from the 62nd Infantry Battalion and 94th Infantry Battalion in Binalbagan, Negros Occidental last April 20.The skirmish resulted in the death of Posadas who, according to the VisCom, was a “notorious” NPA leader that orchestrated “numerous terroristic activities” in Western and Central Visayas.
