Workplace Safety North will host in-person sessions in Sudbury, Timmins, Thunder Bay
In recognition of Healthy Workplace Month, Workplace Safety North is offering free mental health training sessions in the month of October.
In Mental Health 101, participants will learn about the mental health continuum, stress response, personal action plans, and steps one can take to remove the stigma around mental illness. Sessions will be led by WSN staff members Lindsay Digby, Elisha Malette, and Adrienne Allam, who are all health and safety specialists and certified as psychological health and safety advisors with the Canadian Mental Health Association.
