Although weak, amihan is bringing partly cloudy to overcast skies with isolated light rains over Batanes and Babuyan Islands, weather specialist Benison Estareja of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

He said they have not monitored any weather disturbance, particularly a low pressure area (LPA) inside or outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) at least until over the weekend.
