The same weather system will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains in Metro Manila, Ilocos Region and CALABARZON , the weather bureau said.Meanwhile, weather specialist Benison Estareja said they have spotted cloud clusters east of Mindanao that would likely bring rain also in Eastern Visayas in the next two days.'However, these cloud formations have a slim chance to develop into a low pressure area,' he said.
