North Cowichan moves to Stage 3 wate restrictions
The Municipality of North Cowichan has moved to Stage 3 water restrictions.
Under Stage 3, sprinkling with conventional irrigation systems and sprinklers is not permitted. Hand watering of lawns, and the filling of pools and hot tubs is also not allowed.is permitted during Stage 3 for aornamental trees, shrubs, and flower gardens.
