on Monday lauded the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines and the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency that aims to boost the government's cybersecurity and energy-related security efforts.Marcos said that the NGCP plays a vital role in the government's 'war strategy' especially when it comes to ramping up the economy.
