Steele Hotels has bought the Fredericton Inn. Twitter photoST. JOHN'S, N.L. — Newfoundland-based hotel operator Steele Hotels has bought the Fredericton Inn in Fredericton, N.B.

The 199-room property features 18,000 square feet of convention space and banquet facilities and has two onsite restaurants. The hotel has been operating since 1978. Steele Hotels CEO John Steele thanked the Waite family, who owned the hotel, for their work in the hospitality industry in New Brunswick.

Steele Hotels is pleased to announce the acquisition of The Fredericton Inn in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
