Francois Joseph Cornelius Beaudry, 37, is to stand trial on two counts of theft, and single counts of obstructing a police officer, assaulting a police officer, possession of stolen property over $5,000 , in a vehicle knowing a prohibited weapon was present, evading police dangerous driving and failing to remain at the scene of an accident.

Currie was sentenced to serve a total of 195 days minus 134 days spent on remand.
