DAVAO CITY – Newly installed Davao City Police Office chief Police Col. Lito E. Patay was relieved hours after he assumed the post on Wednesday, July 10.
Dela Rey said Police Col. Sherwin Butil, head of the Regional Information and Communication Technology Management Division, was named the successor of Patay effective July 10. Patay was reportedly gathering the new station commanders here in a conference when he received a phone call from the Philippine National Police headquarters informing him of the changes.
