SINGAPORE — Global cloud services technology company Oracle NetSuite has announced a range of artificial intelligence (AI)-driven updates and product enhancements designed to support businesses in Southeast Asia.

The changes, now available in countries including the Philippines, Singapore and Malaysia, aim to improve operational efficiency and help organizations respond to shifting market conditions.

Oracle says it has introduced localized features to align with tax and reporting standards set by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, the Philippines' Bureau of Internal Revenue under the Ease of Paying Taxes law, and Malaysia's Inland Revenue Board. The company has also applied its Oracle Redwood design system across the NetSuite platform, updating the user interface for dashboards, lists, and forms in an effort to improve usability.
