The biggest project approved by the board, which is chaired by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., is the P56.7-billion Panahon ng Pagkilos: Philippine Community Resilience Project , a flagship initiative of the Department of Social Welfare and Development . Expected to benefit 4.
'These initiatives reflect our vision of a nation where every region thrives and plays a significant role in driving national progress,' he added. Also approved were changes in scope, cost and implementation timelines for the Balog-Balog Multipurpose Project Phase II, which includes the construction of a 105.5-meter-high dam and reservoir in the Zambales mountains. The revisions were not detailed.
