The security alert level status in Metro Manila has been downgraded to heightened alert after the intelligence community determined that there was no immediate spillover of terror attacks following the suicide bombing inside a military camp in Sulu.
But Maj. Gen. Guillermo Eleazar, director of the National Capital Region Police Office , said his order for his men to be alert and to intensify intelligence-monitoring stays.
Metro Manila police forces have been placed under highest security alert status, full alert, after two suicide bombers detonated bombs inside a military camp in Indanan, Sulu.
