MANILA, Philippines — The first set of physical copies of certificates of canvass was received by the National Board of Canvassers on Tuesday. Two ballot boxes containing the certificates of canvass, statement of votes, and a backup CD arrived at the Philippine International Convention Center, where the Commission on Elections has convened as the NBOC. The certificates of canvass came from Malabon City.First set of physical copies of certificate of canvass arrives here at the PICC. They came from Malabon City.
The Comelec, which currently sits as the National Board of Canvassers, will resume canvassing of votes for senatorial and partylist posts at 7pm.
