Naglabas na ng subpoena ang National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) laban sa dalawang independent contractors ng GMA Network para pagpaliwanagin kaugnay sa reklamong inihain ng Sparkle artist na si Sandro Muhlach.
Ang naturang pagpapalabas ng subpoena ay kinumpirma sa GMA News Online ni NBI Director Jaime Santiago ngayong Martes.
