A husband and wife in Mabalacat City in Pampanga have been arrested by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) for “online sexual abuse” of their five-year-old daughter. | ManilaBulletin
The names of the arrested spouses were not included in the statement issued by the NBI to protect the child.
Seized from Dixon were “several child sexual abuse materials showing minor Filipinos he sexually abused and other individuals who appear to have facilitated, participated, and promoted the abuse of the minors,” the NBI said quoting from the Australian Center’s report. It said that the service of the Warrant to Search, Seize, and Examine Computer Data last March 29 “resulted in the seizure of four pieces of cellular phones and one piece of tablet.”
Prior the service of the WSSECD, the NBI said that AHTRAD examined the copies of the CSAMs seized from Dixon and found the couple chatting with the Australian using their Skype accounts.
