A SAN Miguel Corp. unit and the country's gaming regulator have signed a 25-year lease agreement for the 15-hectare Nayong Pilipino property in Pasay City.The deal, signed last Dec. 12 between Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. and San Miguel Infrastructure, includes the construction of a new office building for the former.
The new Pagcor building, Tengco said, will be fully financed and constructed by San Miguel.'This project will be more than just a structure,' he said.
