The Navotas City government announced Thursday, Oct. 20, the guidelines to be observed at the city’s public cemeteries during “Undas 2022.”

The city government said that those who want to visit the graves of their loved ones from Oct. 30 to Nov. 3 must present a “cemetery pass” and their Covid-19 vaccination cards at the gates of the cemeteries.Visitors may secure the cemetery pass two days prior to their visit by sending a message to the local government through “TEXT JRT” with their names, address, age, the cemetery, and their preferred date and time of visit.

The “TEXT JRT” contact numbers and the time slots for visitation are posted on the city’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/128983703795280/posts/pfbid0A5kmdUGphcFDKDsri7QYsoV1CPALpuwUptGHi5JkimrHunpW3Q7qyFrPfbVvp5Eql/ The city government said that those who sent a message should wait for their reply for the cemetery pass. Up to three individuals can use the pass based on the indicated schedule.

It also reminded visitors to observe Covid-19 minimum health protocols like wearing of face masks and physical distancing, and also not to bring with them their children and the senior citizens for their safety.
