Since then, the observance of NAM has indicated the importance of arts and culture to national leadership. Therefore, it is truly fitting that the country consistently celebrates Filipino arts and culture and the traditions and values that find creative expression.
Cinema Rehiyon 15 will provide an opportunity for regional filmmakers — first-timers, veterans, amateurs, and professionals — to exhibit their films to a broader audience and to provide an opportunity for regional filmmakers to build networks, which will be held in various venues in Baguio City on March through onsite and online activities such as film talks, screenings and festivals, and talkback and round table discussions.
