Mayor Ruffy Biazon hailed Muntinlupa’s achievement as the most resilient highly urbanized city in the country.

“Congratulations, Muntinlupa City! Talagang masasabi nating, ‘Muntinlupa, Nakakaproud’! ,’ said Biazon. In addition, Muntinlupa was recognized as the No. 5 in the overall most competitive HUCs in the country, No. 4 in infrastructure, and No. 10 in innovation.This year, the CMCI was based on five pillars: economic dynamism, government efficiency, infrastructure, innovation and resiliency.
