Sa ulat ni Jonathan Andal sa GMA News "24 Oras" nitong Lunes, sinabing naaresto sa labas ng Philippine Arena sa Bocaue, Bulacan ang scalper.
"Lahat ng concert, pinupuntahan niya para kumita," ayon kay Police Leiutenant Colonel Manuel De Vera, hepe ng Bocaue Police Station. "Allegedly businessman.""Pagdating ko doon, andun siya kasama 'yung mga police. Naka-off pa 'yung cellphone niya. Tapos sabi ng pulis, sige, i-on mo na 'yung cellphone. Tsaka ibalik mo 'yung pera. So, binank-transfer niya ako ulit tapos binigay 'yung tickets," kuwento ni Killa.
Ayon kay De Vera, Singaporean ang suspek na dati na umanong taktika ang naturang pagbebenta ng tiket. Ayon kay Atty. Sherwin Tugna, vice mayor ng Bocaue, plano nilang magpasa ng ordinansa laban sa naturang gawain.
