89 per month starting in January while those consuming 30 cu.m. and above will have an increase of P155.32 per month.For Manila Water, customers who belong to the low-Income Lifeline program who consume 10 cu.m. of water or lesswill have an increase of P2.87 per month in total charges in their bills, while regular customers consuming 10 cu.m. of water or less will have an increase of P24.68 per month in their bills starting in January.Customers consuming 20 to 29 cu.
