A murder complaint was filed Friday against the suspect in the fatal shooting of a motorist on EDSA-Ayala Tunnel in Makati City, the National Capital Region Police Office said.NCRPO spokesperson Police Lieutenant Colonel Eunice Salas told GMA News Online that the inquest proceedings against suspect Gerrard Yu was undertaken by a Makati City prosecutor at 10 a.m.
